To get results:
HAVE AN OPEN MIND
Be willing to learn and practice the concepts and tools.
Set aside 30 minutes to an hour daily to practice the skills and home activities.
Possibly challenge and confront beliefs that make pain worse.
Address personality traits that contribute to pain.
Embrace a new you that no longer has pain, or significantly less pain.
Show up regularly for individual and or group sessions. Usually 6-24 appointments is sufficient.
This program requires willingness and courage. When you have been in pain for a long time, it can be really hard to try something new. Most people feel the effects in the first two to four weeks, it is not that hard and you can do it!
